Love your beer but hate waiting in line at the bar? Online retail giant Amazon have come to the rescue with a dangerous new service which will enable users to order alcohol via their site with a delivery time of just one hour.
The press release from the company confirms that the service is currently going through its trial stages in Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, and Kirkland area codes of the U.S. It all forms part of Amazon's bold new initiative called Prime Now, a sloth's wet dream which will allow Amazon Prime members to get a hold of products such as paper towels, wine, beer, milk, ice cream, televisions and Kindle devices at your doorstep in the time frame of 60 minutes or less.
The ingenious and somewhat scary (for alcoholics) Prime Now service has already expressed interest in expanding into other markets. With the impending conception of their drone delivery service, Amazon could well change the future of beer drinking habits in Australia and around the world.
