Hugh Jackman Hints At The Final Wolverine Film With Facial Hair Growth

The wheels of the Marvel Universe are in full motion with Hugh Jackman confirming that the script for his latest and final Wolverine film has been complete - well, almost.

In a video interview with Collider, the Australian actor told fans that they should keep an eye on his facial hair growth as an indicator of the film's progress.”We have a script,” Jackman told Collider. “A full script. To tell you, two days ago I got the full finished - well, it's not finished, but we're getting super close - as you can see by the rate of my facial hair.”

This news will be both welcoming and sad for audiences of Hugh Jackman's Wolverine as he has confirmed that this will be his last time playing the the popular superhero.

It's not all bad news though. There's been rumours that Jackman will appear in Ryan Reynolds' upcoming R-rated comic book film, Deadpool. With what evidence? Deadpool had a go at Jackman in his own trailer  - no, not Wolverine. Hugh Jackman himself - the actual actor.

And if there's anything else that can cement the film's impending release, it's Wolverine's trademark muscles.

“Also, the pecs are expanding as well,” asked Collider. “I have had six meals today already,” Jackman responded. Refusing to giveaway any further details, Jackman added that “I don't have a firm date yet.”

“I want it to be perfect, so the moment I know it's perfect, bang, we'll go.”
