Kanye West is stepping up his endless quest to become the world's number one [insert profession].
Given that he's already compared himself to Jesus on numerous occasions, his latest sighting at IKEA headquarters in Sweden should be no surprise to many. A smiling West was recently snapped at the Swedish furniture giant's headquarters by one of the store's interior design project leaders, whilst a spokesperson from IKEA hinted that West was there for more than just a new sneaker closet. This heavily hints to the rumours that the American rapper is already in discussions for a possible design collaboration with the global furniture store.

If the rumours are true and a Kanye West X IKEA collection does come to fruition, it will be West's first venture into affordable goods territory, a concept IKEA is famous for (and less so for West who is used to peddling $120 plain white tees). It will also be a completely new direction for IKEA, much like the H&M collaborations which have been hugely successful for the clothing retailer around the world in the past.
