Prepare to see Earth like never before. New photographs of our planet captured by British astronaut Tim Peake during his orbit aboard the International Space Station have been revealed and they're pretty spectacular.
From fishing boats to the bright lights of Europe, the Sahara Desert, Indonesian thunderstorms, the Rio Santa Cruz in Patagonia and even the Aurora Borealis, Peake captured some of the world's most magnificent wonders as part of the European Space Agency's 6-month Principia Mission.
As part of the mission, Peake is working to maintain the ISS' weightless research laboratory and conduct experiments. With stunning results, the astronauts cheeky photography during the normal working day definitely didn't go astray.
